GENERAL SKILLED MIGRATION (SUBCLASS 175): AUSTRALIA

          One of the pathways to be qualified to enter Australia is through the so called General Skilled Migration Visa ( Sub class 175). And to help us make more understanding of this visa, copy and paste then this link here and it will lead you straight into the DIAC website. 


          Yet some of the situations that one might encounter in the future while processing this visa sub class will be enumerated below:

  • - one of the issues is with regard to the nominated occupation, 
    one should make it sure that this occupation is enlisted 
    in the SOL (Skilled Occupation List) and check as well your 
    years of experience.

    - If you are an international student then graduated in 
    an institution here in Australia, , then you can apply for 485 
    graduate skilled visa and during that year, you can proceed to 
    take professional year which will allow you to gain 5 additional
    points. Then during this period (485 visa which will allow you to 
    stay in Australia for 18 months), you will submit your EOI to DIAC. 
    If your EOI will get selected, you will be issued the go signal to 
    proceed with your further application.
    - Time frame for for assessment for VETASSESS and ENGINEERS 
    in Australia will take 12 weeks

    - Regarding the assessment of your work experience, it will be 
    done by relevant assessing authority in Australia. You should do
